Tirzep 10 mg Injection is administered once weekly as a subcutaneous injection under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional. The injection may be given in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm, with rotation of injection sites recommended to minimize local skin reactions. It can be administered with or without meals and should be used on the same day each week whenever possible.

If a dose is missed, it should be taken as soon as remembered within 4 days (96 hours). If more than 4 days have passed, skip the missed dose and resume the regular dosing schedule. Do not administer two doses within 72 hours of each other.
