Sotoxen 120 mg (Sotorasib) Tablets

• Each film-coated tablet of Sotoxen contains:

  • Active Ingredient: Sotorasib INN 120 mg
  • Dosage Form: Film-coated oral tablet
  • Strength: 120 mg per tablet

  Inactive ingredients (excipients) may include standard pharmaceutical carriers used to maintain tablet stability, absorption, and bioavailability. These excipients are commonly used in oral solid dosage forms and do not have pharmacological activity.

Sotoxen (Sotorasib) should always be used under the supervision of a qualified oncologist experienced in cancer therapy and genetic mutation-based treatments.

Recommended Adult Dose

• The standard recommended dose is 960 mg once daily (8 tablets of 120 mg each), taken orally.

Administration Guidelines

• Take the tablets once daily at the same time each day
• Swallow tablets whole with water
• Can be taken with or without food
• Do not crush, chew, or split the tablets
• If vomiting occurs after taking a dose, do not take an extra dose—continue with the next scheduled dose

Missed Dose

• If a dose is missed and remembered within 6 hours, take it immediately
• If more than 6 hours have passed, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the regular time
• Do not take two doses at the same time

• Regular monitoring is required during treatment
• Dose adjustment may be necessary based on liver function or side effects
