How long does verification take?
Our standard verification process takes between 2 to 4 hours during business hours. Once verified by our pharmacist team, you will receive an immediate notification via WhatsApp or Email with your quote.
Is my prescription information secure?
Yes, absolutely. We use bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption for all file uploads. Your data is HIPAA-compliant and is only accessible by our licensed pharmaceutical team for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
What if my prescription is rejected?
